Subject: 90+ Furnaces – Pressure Switch Changes

This is an important Technical Service Bulletin to be carried out by trained and certified service technicians.  The intent of this bulletin is to inform our customers of pressure switch changes for our current furnace products. These changes are part of a concerted effort to improve pressure switch and induced draft blower operation during heating mode.

For the DR96SN0803BN, AR9S960803BN and GR9S960803BN furnaces, the 0130F00439 pressure switch (-1.27”wc & -0.10”wc) has been replaced with new pressure switch 0130F20149 (-1.15”wc & -0.10”wc).

For any DR96SN0803BN, AR9S960803BN and GR9S960803BN furnaces built prior to this change, the 0130F20149 pressure switch can be used to replace the 0130F00439 pressure switch. The first serial number with the 0130F20149 pressure switch was 2507133461 (GR9S960803BNAA built 07/25/2025).

This change is also approved for the DM96SN0803BN, AM9S960803BN and GM9S960803BN furnaces as well as the DM96SE0803BN, AMES960803BN and GMES960803BN furnaces.

For the DR96SN1005CN, AR9S961005CN and GR9S961005CN furnaces, the 0130F00439 pressure switch has been replaced with pressure switch 0130F00442 (-1.20”wc & -0.10”wc). For any DR96SN1005CN, AR9S961005CN and GR9S961005CN furnaces built prior to this change, the 0130F00442 pressure switch can be used to replace the 0130F00439 pressure switch.

The first serial number with the 0130F00439 pressure switch was 2507218465 (GR9S961005CNAA built 07/22/2025). This change is also approved for the DM96SN1005CN, AM9S961005CN and GM9S961005CN furnaces as well as the DM96SE1005CN, AMES961005CN and GMES961005CN furnaces.
