🔧 Installation Instructions

  1. Ensure the device is installed in an enclosure appropriate for the application and environment.

  2. Connected load must not exceed 60 amps.

  3. Turn off power before performing any installation.

  4. Use proper wire size and type for the load, and torque connections to rated specifications.

  5. Connect input and output terminals, reinstall finger guard covers, and then restore power.

  6. Check that the power LED is illuminated. Proceed with programming.

  7. (Optional) Use included mounting feet to secure the enclosure to a wall or structure.


🧠 Programming Instructions

Startup

  • On power-up, the load remains disconnected for 2 minutes (default). This delay is adjustable.

  • To view event logs, press the UP button:

    • Over-voltage events

    • Under-voltage events

    • Outages


Entering Program Mode

  • Press and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds to enter programming.


Mode Settings (Cycle with MODE button)

  1. Power-On Delay

    • Adjust delay (1–10 minutes) before restoring power after outage

    • Default: 2 minutes

    • Adjust with UP/DOWN

  2. Over-Voltage Set Point

    • Set voltage trip limit (85–300 VAC)

    • Adjust with UP/DOWN

  3. Under-Voltage Set Point

    • Set voltage trip limit (85–300 VAC)

    • Adjust with UP/DOWN

  4. Over/Under Voltage Delay

    • Set delay (0.5–60 seconds) before disconnecting the load

    • Adjust with UP/DOWN

  5. Load Restore Delay

    • Set delay (1–600 seconds) before restoring load after normal voltage returns

    • Adjust with UP/DOWN

  6. Event Log Clear

    • Set to 1 to retain logs

    • Set to 0 to clear all logs

    • Press and hold MODE for 2 seconds to save

  7. Display Calibration

    • Compare utility voltage reading with a multimeter

    • Adjust with UP/DOWN to match reading

    • Press and hold MODE for 2 seconds to save and exit
