Here is a quick test for the *9MVE/*9MVT Motor. This motor is a pwm type signal motor. 

Basically take the two wire plug going to the motor that has the yellow and brown wires and then back probe a paper clip into the yellow lead and ground to cabinet. This should turn the blower on and take it to full speed.
