From: Technical Services Department Subject: Refrigerant Factory Charge on Data Label for RMXS48LVJU  

We have had reports of improperly labeled refrigerant charge on the RMXS48LVJU system. Affected models were produced between 9/5/2018 and 1/13/2022 (end of production). This is a label error only, the charge calculation in the installation manual and Daikin Split Xpress remains unaffected.     All installations of this system will require an additional charge calculation; installers and servicers should refer to the installation manual, charging sticker on the inside panel or the Daikin Split Xpress App for the proper factory charge and additional refrigerant charge calculation. It is also recommended to write the total calculated charge down on the inside of the panel where additional refrigerant charge information is listed for future service reference.
